Today was my weigh in day. I gained 1.1 pounds. How? I went back over my menus and yes, there were days where I went over my points, but I dind’t use all my flex points and didn’t count any of my activity points. And I exercised every day. This is so frustrating. I’ve been loosing for 5 weeks and this week I do the exact same thing and gain. I was so frustrated that after my lunch, I just continued to eat. Dinner was sensible, but this afternoon wasn’t. 30 points today alone. I’ve used 10 of my flex points already in one day. I was hoping I would loose more than just 8 pounds before our Italy trip. I don’t want to worry about “points” while I’m in Italy, but i don’t want to gain a ton either. This could be a once in a lifetime trip for me and I don’t want to miss out of the experience by not eating the great food. AHHH. I’m frustrated.

I did exercise even though I gained weight. We rode our bikes to the grocery store to buy dinner to grill. We also played hide and seek outside, so at least I did get some movement in there!
I can’t get discouraged. I just have to focus tomorrow and do better. Day by day…
