Not a good day! Haha! I couldn’t say no to cupcakes, so I just ate them (2 of them, not just one!). Now it’s time to push forward and get back on track! Maybe it won’t affect my “weigh in” on Monday too much!

That’s 29 points today. Oh well. the cupcakes were worth it!! Remove the cupcakes from my day and I did just fine!! Like Roni said, that’s why we have flex points… plus I don’t count my activity points yet.
I also ran 1.5 miles this morning. That’s gotta be worth something!
