Last night I went to Victoria’s Secret because a bra I bought about 3 weeks ago is too big now! I’m lucky I still had the tags on it. I went from a 34DD to a 34D! Down a cup size. I also weighed this morning, even though it’s not my WI day…. I weighed 143.3! That’s the lowest I’ve weighed in at least 4 years! Only 8 more pounds til goal!
I also ran again this morning. I think it was about 1.5 miles- It took 15 minutes. I’m a happy girl today!

- This is my second "blog" for tracking my weight watchers progress. Like many, I've tried dieting many times over the years. I was my heaviest in college weighing in at 161. I lost down to 137 in 2002 with WW. That was the lowest I weighed since high school. Over the past 5 years, I slowly grew back to 153 pounds. I was tired of weighing more than I should, so I started WW again in April 2007. I lost down to 141.5 in June 2007 but due to 3 weeks of traveling I gained back to 146. As of today, June 30, I'm back to pointing and will get down to 135!
