25 points again. That seems to be my magic number this weekend! I think I may have used 25 activity points yesterday too! We went to a state park to hike, climb rocks and look at falls. Then we went to some caverns. We probably walked/ hiked at least 4miles- if not more. Then when we got home I ran approximately 2 miles. I will clock it today in my car to see how far it really was. It took me right at 20 minutes and I’ve been keeping a pretty steady 10 minute mile this week.
I feel very bloated this weekend. I’m not sure why. I’ve looked back over my menus to see if anything sticks out and I can’t really find anything. Maybe it’s too many vegetables- asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower. I’ll cut back and see if that helps. I also went back over the past 7 days to see how many pionts total I’ve used. I’ve used 20 points 6 days and 18 points one day. I’ve also used 25.5 of my flex points. I don’t count my activity points, so I guess I’ve done alright staying on track. I just feel like I’ve been horrible all week. Maybe it’s the stress of getting things ready at work so I can be away for the next 2 weeks. I’m also stressed about what I’ll eat while in Italy. ALL my meals for the next 2 weeks (beginning Friday June 1) will be eaten out. I’m hoping there are lots of fruit stands in Italy where I can at least grab something healthy for a snack! If I have room in my suitcase I’m also going to pack some snacks to take that aren’t fatty and gross. Gotta work now. Later.
